North Yorks speed cameras

As most of you know, Nyorks does not have any speed cameras at present (fixed ones).
There has ben a change of chief officer, and the new incumbant is in favour of them. He is aided and abetted in this by City of York Council.

I have seen the planned locations for many of the cameras. At what point do you require details?, when installation commences (e'g installation of concrete bases and/or pillars)?.

This of course assumes we locals don't give them the landrover winch treatment

when there's a camera there - otherwise:

1) submission will be rejected by a verifier
2) we'll receive remove requests straight away
