I have to agree with the previous poster. Their service was superb.

I purchased an iPac kit form them with a Rikaline Bluetooth GPS. It arrived within 48 hours. I set it up but found that the Bluetooth signal kept dropping.

I phoned their office, told them what the problem was and they sent a replacement the same day. The new GPS adapter worked beautifully and I returned the faulty one a few days later.

Great service. I cannot praise them highly enough.
