I have a iPAQ 5450 with TomTom Nav 2 and the hard wired reciever - Now I'm thinking of going bluetooth (and getting one of those new Seidio G2500 mounts) into the bargain Laughing Can anyone tell me the best bluetooth reciever to get that will work with Tom Tom and the Seidio mount?

Cheers

(If the answers Tom Tom's own reciever - where do you buy it from? The web site only seems to sell it as a package with Navigator)

If you are mainly just interested in reliability then I would go for the Emtac/Socket. The TomTom BT GPS can only be purchased now in a bundle with TomTom's software.

I went for the Haicom 303 MMF last summer and added the BlueTooth slipper in January - excellent combination - love it - it is now fairly reasonably priced as a bundle - http://www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk/viewprod.php?product_id=615

Just got the EMTAC BT GPS what can I say other than magic. Turns on in a flash always has 6 and more sats and the accuracy I feel is outstanding.

Started off with it on the dash thinking it needs line of sight then tested in on passenger seat in back seat and under sun visor still working well. Only lost most sats when I put it in the footwell. Last night drove through a snow storm still with 6 and more sats locked on.

Not used any other though but this seems perfect cant fault it.

Go on just order one its only money!!!
