Hi all,
I just bought a map v710 for my TT 910 v7 navigator. Im using HOME 2.1.
I have the invoice sent to me from TomTom. It tells me to use HOME update my GO to download the map.
When I go there, it says im all updated. My maps are v660.
How do I get hold of my new map?
Thx |

I'm sure that I purchased it under the same account. Well in that case, im going to tell the CC company to refund me for goods not received.
TomTom should not let u buy something to download and make it so easy to be inaccessible.
I will give TomTom a chance to sort it out, otherwise a refund will be forced. |

I take it my account is related to my login email address?
If so, my account that my TT910 should be connected to shows my order for the map, paid. So in effect, I should see that map on HOME updates.
I only have the 1 TT so nothing else should be registered to that account.
