I was having rael trouble with TT site earlier, but it seems to have improved now. Try logging in again through TT Home now. _________________ Dennis

First, have you tried buying and downloading the map from the TomTom website?
Second, does TT Home work at all? If so, what version have you got now? _________________ Dennis

Maybe you should check if your firewall is blocking Tomtom Home |

Does that mean shall you try getting it from the TT website?
Answer the questions I asked please, not digress.
If you have NOT tried getting the map from TT website, that might be an answer for you.
BUT it might involve TT Home anyway, so it's also relevant whether or not you've got TT Home working.
Third question in case your TT Home isn't working - have you got the disk that came with the 910? - it'll have Home on it so you could consider re-installing it to get an earlier version working again. _________________ Dennis

You really are making this hard work by not telling much of a story!!
You've bought a map. How?
What instructions have you followed?
Has the map actually downloaded onto your computer?
In what way is TT Home not responding? Are you saying it won't run, or that it won't download the map or that it won't install the map? _________________ Dennis

You've paid TT for the map and now you can't get it?
Is your GO910 connected to the computer and switched on?
If so, instead of clicking on the login, simply click on the icon to "Add maps, Traffic, Voices etc" and TT Home should then log you in if you've previously told it to remember you. _________________ Dennis
