POI Files.. Tomtom to Navman

Can anyone tell me if a poi file which works for the Tomtom 500/700 series would work for a Navman ICN635?

If not, what needs to be done if anything to make it work.

You can use a program such as POIEdit to Open the OV2 File and then save it as either a Generic ASC File, or a Navman CSV File.

Then import this to the Device in the normal way.
