having trouble connecting my D900 to my tomtom 720 for traffic updates here's tomtom supports response,
Please note that the D900 is not a listed compatible phone. We are thus unable to provide support for you using this phone.
www.tomtom.com/phones
(select the Go 720 in the right hand box to see the full list).
have suggested they might like to follow their own link! |

What network are you on? Are you having trouble actually pairing the 'phone or is it just that you can't use the PLUS services? If the latter, have you actually set up a PLUS account? _________________ Tim |

my old d900 had all sorts off issues with a garmin nuvi 360. apparently it was the phones firmware causing the issues but the hacked firmware cleared your eima(?) number to all zeros (so won't work on most networks)... befre i got rid, garmin released a firmware update for the bluetooth in the nuvi and the issues seemed to be resolved.
i think it's a mixture of weird bluetooth settings in the d900 that cause standard devices not to function properly with them as the nuvi has no issues with my new phone
