|
|
Hi can someone please help I have a TomTom one XL with
the latest software V7 and have just down loaded the speed camera
data base from your site, I would now like to use the spoken word as a
warning to go with the cameras, ( if this is possible).
What files do I need to download..
Thanks Lewis |

Lewis, Please have a read through #5 on the FAQ page which can be found Here - it explains what is needed to be done, how to set it up and test and links to the ogg file download page where you can get the spoken alert voice files pre made and named correctly - Mike |

It SHOULD work. Check the names of the files in your map folder (with Windows Explorer). You should have:
pocketgps_uk_redlight.ov2
pocketgps_uk_redlight.bmp
pocketgps_uk_redlight.ogg
Sounds like the pocketgps_uk_redlight.ogg hasn't got copied across for some reason.
It SHOULD be in the download package, but it is always possible one got missed out, (I compiled them and did make a few c*ck-ups, but I thought we'd found them all!).
Which set of voice files did you choose, and can you check to see if it is in the original extracted files on your PC? |
