Installed maps not showing in TT Home Application

Hi,
I have just got a TT ONE regional for UK. It is working fine but when I tried to install a download POI using TT Home application it said there were no maps installed. In the right hand window of the application I only have Application, POIs and ZIPCODE sections no map section. How do I get the application to recognise the actual UK maps installed on the device?

Dunno, if you haven't already done so, you probably need to create a user account and register the device to it, for Home to decide the map is "yours".

But Home is generally thought of as pretty useless. If all you want to do is get that POI onto your machine as painlessly as possible, just connect up the TomTom to your PC (which sees it as a new hard disk) and manually copy and paste the xxx.ov2 and xxx.bmp files into your map folder using Windows Explorer.
