poi cature and a freezing ipaq 4700

not sure if you can help but ive loaded the poi capture and all is well capturing right upto i want to return to the tomtom map and it just freezes up its running wm 2003se and i have made sure i downloaded the right one to the root of my tomtom sd card ???
