I've dropped it!!
It wont boot, does anyone know who can repair it in the UK?
Tried Medion (grrrrr!!) ... ever felt like pulling someone thru a phone and punching them ???
It's a lovely device there is no VISIBLE damage and I'd like to get it fixed provided the repairs dont cost more than the device.
Thanks |

Darren, yes I've tried that - there is a switch on the back of the 350 and that's the only control that actually works.
On/off - no response
Up/down - no response
Soft reset - no response
Disappointing really cos it's such a nice little unit. |

It might be something as simple as a dislodged battery connector or a broken battery wire. Unless you are happy dismantling to have a peek I don't know what else to suggest, where are you located? _________________ Darren Griffin |

It's all a bit tight inside the unit itself - not sure about removing the screen ribbons etc.
I'm in the Worcester area, UK. |
