|

I am away in Spain next week and have just found out how expensive it is to upgrade the software for eu maps on the pna205. I have been trying to follow the many scattered references to this system and how to update the software to take tomtom, which I already have from my old satnav, which has been stolen (was only out of the car for 1 minute, locked it as well!). Unfortunately, I am not having much success.
I understand that I need to load Total commander and GAPI, which I have done, thats as far as I have got. can anybody help me upgrade this please |

I´m no expert but as no-one else is replying ... I believe you need a version of TT Navigator 5/6 that will run on a WinCE system first, then you load the maps on as usual.
Loading the desktop software as ´Fatslag´ of these pages instructs will allow you to then select TT from the start/programs menu.
BTW I recently purchased a new Medion 350 for fifty quid from Carrefour in Benidorm which has Navigator 5 and Spanish maps ... in case you cant be bothered with the TT conversion. |

I have got TT6 but it will not set up, I need to know how to alter the settings using total commander to show the Win CE desktop which will allow TT to run. |
