When TTHome Beta trial finished does the connection finish??

Hi,

I had TT Home Beta version working perfectly, but am now unable to get the connection to automatic updates etc. It just times out eventually without making the connection.

My question is: as the trial of Beta has now finished do they pull the plug on the connection and that is why I can't connect??

Any help appreciated.

Very possibly, you can either revert to the earlier non-Beta release or wait for v2 to roll out. The release version will become available on a platform by platform basis imminently.

Hi Darren,

I should have explained, since I bought my One XL recently, I have been unable to get TT Home to "see" my device, so plumped for the Beta version and it worked a treat.

That is why I am trying to find out why it has suddenly stopped working for me. It just seems co-incidental that it has only happened in the last few days, and am guessing that is when they pulled the plug on the trial of Beta??

There seems to be a problem with home logins tonight. My old (non-beta) version 1.5 won't login, it times out with a network error and loses my password. Never had a problem with it before.

There was certainly no problem with connecting for updates using the Beta last night, mine connected and collected the update with no problems.
