Got the TTOne V3. If I set a destination either from or to the 'perimeter road south, Gatwick', the directions want me to take routes which you can't go on because they have fences and security gates across the roads. The only entrance and exit is by perimeter road east, off the A23. When I go into mapshare and set as blocked road and press done, it says no change made. These roads have already been set as no entry on the map.
Why does the map direction use these routes if they are set already as no entry?
Also, anyone else had it when traveling off the shown road(large carpark etc), or two roads close together, the position cursor shows you travelling, not necessarily in your current position Is this normal? |

Isn't Perimeter Road South restricted? If so, I'd guess that as you've plotted to or from a restricted road, your TomTom (3rd Edition, I think, not V3) assumes you have the means to bypass the restrictions. _________________ Tim |

Delivery addresses along this road. So why does the map direction ignore the blocked roads that are shown in mapshare? |

Like I've said, the whole road is restricted. If you use MapShare to UNrestrict the way you can get in and the South Perimeter Road, it will (should) use this route as the way in. Make sure you don't mark this as a permanent change though, as it might mecome incorporated into the 'proper' maps. _________________ Tim |
