Garmin Nuvi 300 - Speed Camera

Hi, I am a new user, and just purchased a Garmin Nuvi 300. After following the steps to download the speedcameras, I seem to be getting the following error message:

There is a problem with this Garmin application, please press the button below to copy the log file to the clipboard, then paste it into an email. Send the email to GARMIN Technical support at techsupp@garmin.com

Can anyone please help me resolve this problem - I have tried installing the POI loader several times, but have had no luck.
