720 losing POIs

Has anybody else been losing their POIs.
When I look in the map folder they are all there, but when using the TT they do not appear.
I think it is a combination the low limit on the number of POIs that can be in the map directory and the POI automatic updates, which appear to be slowing filling up the the map directory, and which have OV2 extensions but meaningless filenames.

Has anyone else got this problem, yet.
Is there a solution?

I'm seing this as well I think. I know for a fact that using mapshare I've added my own proper POI's of local petrol stations for example. Last night I connected my 720 via home and it downloaded a large amount of map correction and poi data. I have noticed that the local petrol station which I recently added is no longer there. I've no idea why.
