SD Card Keeps Wiping Itself

Hopefully I've got the right forum for this one ...

My SD card with TomTom SatNav 6 keeps losing (most of) its contents. Its a 2GB card (almost new) and did the same with other cards I've used in the past.

The card sits in my HP iPaq 2410 almost all the time. The iPaq is running WM5 with latest patches (AFAIK) - it was only flashed a few weeks back to try and stop this problem.

I'm not sure when it wipes itself - whether its when I power on, or active sync, or what.

There's three things left when it has wiped - the voices folder with just collected.ini, ttnavigator.bif in the root and a folder called 'WMDRM'.

Anyone seen/heard of this before - its really annoying when I jump in the car to find TomTom is no more!
