TOMTOM ONE V2 unable to recognise speed camera downloads

hi please can someone help I have a tomtom one v2 and have downloaded the 670418-pgpsw-speed-cams from this site. The file has been unzipped and the files copied to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Content. But my tomtom one does not recovgnise the files and the speed camera poi's do not come up on the my computer tab. TOM TOM HOME.

This is the location of the settings in tom tom home:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Content.

Doesn't appear you use TomTom Home at all (apart from the backup)

Before you do anything, do a full windows explorer backup,(Number 1)
Then the instructions to download the database are(Number 4). Don't use TomTom HOME for any of it, and use the OV2 files.
As a beginer, I would use the single file, but if you think you can do it, use the speed zoned vertion. While you are looking at the link, have a look at the "Voice Warnings"(Number 5), the OGG files.
