TT home backup to pc crashes!

Any idea why TT home crashes when trying to backup my pda to pc? does it every time!

Because something went wrong??

If you can provide the version numbers of the PDA software and TT Home you are using, plus the actual error message then someone might come up with a more meaningful answer that that......

Also please describe exactly what you did and at what stage it crashes....

Mine does it all the time it is rather annoying to say the least I dont even bother to use it now I am using a TTone mark 1 and it freezes during the upload proccess (When it is waiting for the info exchange)

pda is hp3970 running pocketpc and tt6 and home 1. Pc is xp.

no error message it just "crashes" out.
