I have downloaded and installed our Safety Camera database sucessfully, apart from being able to set the distance/audio/visual for the "Pmobile" group.
They all apear in the POI list and I have activated them OK, but they just dont appear in the "Custom POI alerts" menu.
Any ideas anyone please?

How many Custom POI files have you got on the device, and how many are showing in the custom POI Alerts page, they should simply display and be selectable - I used the names GATSO_30 for example, the original name is too long.
As for PMobiles I have never tried using them so I couldn't say - Mike |

Hello Mike,
I have installed 28 POIs from the database.
There are 24 showing in the "custom POI alerts" including 3 pre-installed camera POIs, thus making 21 of my POIs.
Regards

I have the same problem.
When I update my speed camera database , I use the UK Speed Zoned Complete files and I have found that I get audio / visual warnings for Gatso / Specs / Mobile and Redlight but not for pMobiles.
When I update the cameras I always opt for both audio and visual warnings on ALL of the various camera types but they NEVER work on the pMobiles.
Very strange ?!?!?!?! _________________ Keith

I,m glad its not just me then!!
I,m sure I read somewhere that there was a limit on the number of installable custom POIs? cant remember where I saw it though...

i seem to recall a post saying if you delete one of the 'far away' pois then it works ok? eg one from northern scotland should do the trick - unless you live there...
