I hope I am not repeating old hat here but http://www.haid-services.de are not suppling TomTom v2 anymore since they are waiting on TomTom v3 which should come in March.

Anymore info on TTv3?

There's various threads on this now - but basically no, there's no more information. It looks as if it may be announced at CeBIT in the middle of March.

When the version for the Palm Tungsten T3 is released, we may then have a better idea what we might see in the TomTom Navigator 3 for the Pocket PC - but there's no guarantee that they'll be precisely the same.
