| Does the TomTom One Regional come with the Speed Camera database as part of the standard package or do you have to pay another £20 for this feature? |

To expand... The TomTom range usually come with a version of their own camera database installed, but it will be quite out of date. I think you may get a free subscription for a while with it. After that it costs 29.95 euro (around £20.25) a year.
However, there are several limitations/drawbacks:
1. It is not very accurate (Lots of camera positions missing)
2. It isn't updated very often
3. It doesn't permanently record mobile sites
4. You can only have one fixed alert sound
5. The warning distance is fixed and is the same for all speeds
The PGPSWorld one is much more complete, is updated by its members.
A new version comes out about 2-3 times a month.
Has all camera types: fixed, mobile,SPECS, redlight, temporary etc.
Costs £2 a month to try out, or £19 for a year
Can be set up to give alerts at any distance you like, different for each speed.
Can be set up to give VOICE alerts - "Warning Gatso ahead, 50 miles per hour" sort of thing.
Most people here tend to think it is rather the better option! 
(They should be paying me for the advert!  ) |

| So if I purchase a TomTom One without the camera locations on it, I can just subscribe to this site and add the locations to it, and the feature will be enabled on the device? |

As I said above, they USUALLY come with a version of their own one installed already.
You would need to remove that (using TomTom "Home") to avoid getting annoying double alerts for cameras that were in both databases. |
