Does anyone know if HOLUX UK are still trading? Have been trying to contact them for 4 weeks regarding a problem with my CR100 mounting arm - phones dead, no answer to fax or email. |

Too bad they have gone out of business, especially after so many people paid over the odds to get a "UK model" at 60-70% more than a non-UK model. :x _________________ Gone fishing! |

As HoluxUK appear to be no more, and Holux technical support never reply to me when it came to getting any help, I want to share this with you all :
Information on how to flash upgrade the Holux GPSlim236 to GSW3.2.2 (Holux firmware V6) over bluetooth, safely.
Information to recover from a bad flash upgrade, all done over bluetooth.
Information that should save you buying the overpriced USB-serial cable from Holux.

Hope you find this interesting ,
Tom. :D |

Hi Tom (inkhorn),
to the forum and thanks for the excellent information, but you really shouldn't double post on this site.
Much better to just link to your entry in the main thread so that all replies stay together.
