Help - I Loaded the Euro Data Base and my Garmin Locked Up

Help - I've just added the Euro camera poi to the UK data base & my Quest 2 locked up and won't clear, even after forced reset inc. removing user data. Also tried tried turn on with both off & find buttons in for reset. Nothing works - it just gets to the welcome screen & won't go any further. Coincidence or something else? No idea, but have spoken to Garmin & they say its a back to them repair - i.e £118! Before I send it does anyone have any suggestions for a fix? Quest has latest operating system & v9 mapping.

I don't know much about Garmin, but might THIS THREAD be relevant? It says it's for the Streetpilot i3, but it might be similar.

Thank you for the tip. It certainly seems to be the same kind of problem- as I was loading extra poi's in at the time it has probably tipped over the edge. I tried the POI loader but it can't make a connection to the Quest and so it won't work. It seems the firmware is corrupted or blocked in some way & I can't get to it to reload it. I have done a full reset so I suspect it has removed the pois but somehow cant replace the operating software. Windows device manager sees the unit & thinks it works OK. I have also now tried opening the unit & disconnecting battery but no change in responses. Still trying to find a solution.
