Mio C310X Auto-Unlock Questions

I originally did the manual hack of my C310X and due to my GF letting the battery go flat (Twice!!!) I've just been checking out the auto-unlocking methods.

I've tried two successfully but I have run into some problems. The method that I used is decribed here:

Everything works fine apart from the section about the WinAmp and movie player.

I have installed these programs successfully on the built in drive and created shortcuts on the desktop, however, the unlock method provides a skin with shortcuts that look better but when I install into the SD card the shortcuts still do not launch the programs.

I'm not sure where I'm going wrong?

Any ideas? I've followed the instructions to the letter but keep hitting a wall on the winamp and movie player....
