HELP : Can't get Camera database to download

After having gone through the process of selecting my GPS system (Tom Tom 700) and then the file type (1 file - all cameras), I click the download button, the page changes to what must be the download page, but a download dialog box does not appear. The page states 'Done' in the bottom left corner, but nothing has happened. Am I doing something wrong or is there a current issue downloading the database? I have tried changing my system choice from Tom Tom Home to Tom Tom OVR, and even the file type, but still can't get an actual download.

can you make sure there are no pop-up blockers or firewall blocking the site? this is a common cause.
