help with tom tom 300

have connected my nav. to update from comp. when i finished i disconnected from comp. my tomtom screen went blue. now it will not turn on or anything. hope somebody can help ty am new to this kind of gear.

If you used HOME, did you Click the My Device Icon?

If you used Explorer, did you use Safely Remove Hardware?

Have you tried a Reset? Bottom of Unit. ;)
