I am still using the TomTom cameras as I have a free trial but as everyone keeps telling me the PGSPW database is so much better, I am thinking of "upgrading".
However I like the default warning beep sound with the TT cameras & my question is can I keep this with the PGSPW cameras?
If not, what is the default sound with the PGSPW version? |

Hi,
As the PGPSW camera database is a poi file - when you select warn when near you can then choose the distance and the sound warning that you want.
As an alternative you can also download some voice warning files associated with the speed cameras from this site.
Have a look at this thread

Yes you can use the beep sound as normal if you want, I like a voice to tell me Gatso 30 MPG. _________________ TomTom Go 700,

Will it just default to the beep with the PGPSW camera unless I specify otherwise? |

I don't know what the default sound is - but I do know you have to select a warning sound when using warn when near. So if you want the beep you can select it. _________________ RQ
