Hi can you tell me what distance I need to put into my TomTOm One for the speed camera alerts. The original alerts seem to be quite close to the cameras. I would like decent warnings as I am a bit slow (in the head not in my car!). Thanks

Have a look at the speed camera installation guide for the Go-910 this contains a look up table towards the end that converts distance into seconds for the warning - you can select what you want from the table, the guide can be found Here - note some users add a further 500 yards to the distances for the mobile cameras due to the laser devices having a greater range, thats up to you though and how you want the device to opperate - Mike |

Probably longer than the longest straight on a UK road, lasers only operate in a straight line so about 1500 Yards is probably about the longest distance they can be used viably - Mike |

I set my Navman for 1/4 mile for any camera type up to 40 mph.
Then I set it for 1/2 mile for any camera type 50 mph and over.
This set up seems to work for me. _________________ Keith
