POI Edit problem

Have downloaded and installed POI Edit.

When I run Autoupdate wizard I get error message:
Cannot retrieve proxy settings. Probably these are set to Auto Detect or Auto Configuration.
You can set proxy settings manually from the Online / Proxy settings menu.

Where and how do I set the proxy settings?

Check the FAQ this should sort your problem unless you're behind a proxy server in which you'll need to talk to your System Administrator.
