Tomtom and Windows Mobile 2003

I have installed Tomtom onto my Dell Axim X30, and can establish a connection between the PDA and the GPS device. My problem is that i can't get tomtom to connect to the right com port, and i just get a message stating 'no gps device'.

I have tried all the com port option in tomtom without luck, however i have had tom tom working a few months back but somebody else set it up for me and i can't contact them at the moment.

Any help would be mucho appreciated.

What is your GPS device, and can you connect to it with other programs?
