Cannot Download Camera Database

I am trying to download the OV files for my Tom Tom Go510 but when I click on the download button all I get is a blank page with ther error code HTTP 403 forbidden. This happens for all files

My subscription is up to date.

What is the problem

I think 403 is a 'not suthorised' error.

You say your subscription is up-to-date. Did you subscribe recently? Have you read This Page?

Sounds like Your subscription is not running make sure you are singend in and check on the left 5th box down Members Area at bottom it will say Your subscription expires in Bla Bla Bla if not how did you pay if paypal was it a e check payment you can check that via your paypal account

Looking at when Raylong joined I think his subscription may have just run out.

There again I could be talking rubbish as usual.............because he does say his subscription is up to date.
