Well, after a bit of searching, I've found what you're referring to. It's much easier to keep all the replies in one place. ;)

I would un-install HOME. Reboot the PC and, if you've got a Registry Cleaner, remove traces of HOME in the Registry.

Then download the latest version of HOME from TT from HERE.

I am having problems with tomtom home freeziing after hooking up with my tomtom 1 so I am going to uninstall the programme and download a fresh one....will this proceedure delete my backups???? I hope not.

It will only delete the program. The Folders with Backups and Downloads will remain intact.

Well they did on mine. Smile

If you're really worried about it, you can do a backup of the the Backup. ;)

Will re install i think and try again, recently re-formatted so didn't expect issues but will try a new reinstalation of it, thanks for the replies.
