Garmin 2720 POI limits ?

Greetings all,
Ref to POI limints on the Nuvi, etc, anyone know the number of POI catagories that can be loaded on to a Garmin 2720 please?

When I loaded POIs from this site, I must have over done it as it went into a rebooting loop which seemed to be triggered just after it found the sats.
In the end I took it indoors which meant it gave me some more time (while it was searching) to set it to indoor mode.
Tried to delete the POIs using the delete option in the POI Loader but got an error message that there was no unit connected - it was.
On using the buttons on the unit itself in indoor mode - delete POIs gave a message that there were none when I could actually see them on the screen - after a number of attempts of resetting the unit, deleting user data, etc, at last seemed to delete the POIs and the unit rebooted as normal. I can't tell you what a relief that was!
I don't really want to do any experiments in case next time it won't recover; not asking anyone to experiment on their unit when I won't on mine, but I wonder if any one has come across this before or has some info?
