Had to do a re-set on my 500.It left all the maps but got rid of my favorites including camera database. Can anyone tell me how to down- load a new one and what system?????

That's odd, a reset should not have removed the camera files from your system... but it might have de-selected them.
Can you examine your Map Folder on the SD card with Windows Exporer to see if the files are still there? There will be one of several files called something like "pocketgps_uk_gatso_20.ov2" or "pocketgps_uk_sc.ov2"

If you have got them: just go to the Preferences menu / Enable/Disable POI and find them in the list. Tick each to re-enable it and then go through the "Warn when near" set-up for EACH camera type you have installed (i.e. once for the single, all-in-one file, or upto 24 times for the full speed-zoned set

If you haven't got them: you can download them from here by clicking on the box on the right of this page where it says "Click here for speed cameras" Wink BUT: you must be a paid up, subscribed member first (£2/month or £19/year) before the link works

Once you can access the downloads go for the "TomTom ov2" version of the download and follow the instruction you can find on the same page by clicking on the TomTom Go entry in the green section half way down the page.

Woah! Exclamation Sorry, I saw "500" and thought you had a TomTom Go500.

Most of what I said holds, but obviously ignore the last paragraph Embarassed
