Ok guys as mentioned done my move around on some of my local pois and put them in the right places but when i download the latest POIs does the ones i have moved corrospond with the downloaded ones from here when i put them on my tomtom, if you get what i mean

When you re-download a POI File and any Locations have been corrected/moved, then replacing the old file with the new one, on the Device, will show the new positions.

Your changes will only appear in the downloaded files after they have been reviewed and made active. Pending changes show on the Google Map as Oldboy has described.
