HI all

I have just updated my tomtoms speed camera software but my tomtom wont work at all now it just has a white screen seeing please wait (in 6 languages) i reset it but when i turn it on it goes to the start up screen and says flashing new gps firmware then goes back to the white screen which says please wait

Any ideas thanks in advance

Have you tried the reset?

You do have a backup?

With regard to reset - you mention you have - but is that holding the on button down for 30 seconds or the reset button.

Try holdng the reset button in for 30 secs.
I've also had success by removing the SD card, switching the unit on and inserting the card when asked.
