Any PPC software with avoid POI?

Hi

Well basically the title says it all. Are there any PPC based SatNav packages that allow a user to add POI's that the software will then route around?

TomTom traffic can do avoid of its data but TomTom doesn't have the function to be asked to always avoid a set of POI's (I know earlier versions had "area avoid") Are there any packages that do allow this?
