I have just got a new magellan crossover which I think shares similar software to the roadmates.

I am having trouble trying to find anwhere to upload POI's to it. The only 2 lots of POI's I want are LPG stations and speed cameras.

I have looked on this site but in the downloads bit the only download formats are for garmin or Tom Tom.

I dont suppose anyone knows where I can get the above info??

Any help would be much apprecitated.

Looks like you are in luck...
If you look at the Speed camera Help file for Roadmate, it says it uses csv format...
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras-magellan.php

and on the POI download page it says "Note: The Garmin format is a basic CSV, you will be able to use it for other systems too."

So just select "Garmin" as the download format, and hopefully all will be well Thumbs Up.

thanks for the link, I have installed the speed camera file however when my magellan software does not recognise it. What do I need to do in order to upload the file onto my gps. Sorry for what may seem like stupid questions but the instructions that come with the gps are terrible!

I have not got the what i think are the right files on my onto my gps (or at least the software says they are on there) however there seems to be no sign of them on my gps when I unplug it. I have simulated a route where I know there are a lot of speed cameras and nothing has come up. I also looked in the poi file and there was no mention of speed cameras.

Any ideas,

Thanks in advance
