I have a RAC Satnav 110 (doh!!). I inadvertently deleted some of my poi's and poi categories and have to return my sd card to have the software re-installed to an 'out of the box state'.
In the mean time I have copied the original sd card to a 512mb card and added some extra poi's, courtesy of this site.
The problem that I now have is that my unit crashes when I try to use it in the London area where I work, but works ok in Dover where I live!! The only reason I can think of is that the sd card does not have a fast enough read/write speed for all the extra poi's which are showing in London (obviously there are a lot more than in my local area) and this results in the system crashing.
When my original card comes back from the supplier I will want to load the software to yet another sd card, possibly 2gb in size, and then add extra poi's and speedcamera database.
Can anyone advise a minimum read/write speed for a replacement card? And also a good supplier of cards.

It's probably the application not keeping up with the number of POIs to display. All a slow read speed should do is slow down the rate data is obtained - it shouldn't cause a crash because of (lack of) speed.

Try reducing the number of POIs displayed at a time. Can you turn off certain categories?
