|
My battery was showing low so I plugged in the car charger to my 510. The "light" came on showing it was "charging" but the low battery icon continued to flash and eventually it just shut down.
I wiggled both ends of the connection and I could never get it back on.
Is this a "known" problem? |

If the charging light is coming on, it sounds like the problem could be in the Go rather than the charger.
Have you got access to, or do you know anyone with, a voltmeter to check the output of the charger? (should be 5 Volts DC).
Or can you borrow another charger (either Tom Tom or a Playstation Portable one is suitable, apparently). This would determine if the Go is actually charging or not. |

Try it on the home dock and the car dock, if its the same on both it needs to be sent back as faulty - Mike |
