How about using the ogg Sound File method of Voice Warning. It works for V5 and V6.

Okay thanks for that mate will check it out, would have still liked to have just went with the ray flnnagan or similar style alternative files which I have succusfully used before but will certainly check your linbk out and if not too dificult will see what I can do with this type.
if anyone can point me in the direction off where I may be going wrong in the installation off the voice files then that would be great, as I say have d/loaded the ray flannagan ones which are for my particular tomtom build version but when installed they completely put out the rest off the software which requires to be reinstalled ??!!!
anyone ?? |

The ogg file method can use the Ray Flanagan voices, so nothing needs to change for you in use.
The data.chk method is out of date and as new software versions come on stream new data.chk files will not be produced for them, so you'll have to change over sometime.
If you PM me with your email address and details of which voice you want to use, I'll send you the files copied and renamed as required.
Soon there will be a page where you can choose from all the ones that have been created so far... |

I'm getting there... A lot of work re-copying to produce "consolidated" and "single-file" versions for them all.
Still waiting for replies from Hirvevarra and Dan-Gleebitz about using theirs too... |
