PGPSW have said no. Try a search for bus lane cameras and you may find the post.

You will find some bus lane cameras on this site here. It's free, just register your details, click on download, click on the country and select traffic cameras and bus lanes should be in the selection. If you need the bitmap image (icon) to display i.e. on Tom Tom's then once you download the camera ov2 datafile you can right click on the camera icon in the download section and save picture as a bitmap to your sat nav.

TBH, with many bus lanes being policed by in-bus cameras it's a rather pointless exercise
