Saftey cams for i3

Hi,
can anyone help me? I have downloaded the poi software and the latest saftey cam zip file for my unit (and unzipped to a poi folder). When i connect the unit, the garmin poi software opens and asks what i would like to do "load points ot interest?". When i click "start" it opens Poiloader.exe in it is the unzipped pgpsw-speed-cams, when i click on this it shows me the file contents!

HOW do i get these files into the i3 unit?

use winrar or winzip to extract the files to a folder the run poiloader
