Hi,
Ever since I had my tomtom one repaired, the graphics (although the unit is fully operational) appear to judder - especially when there are a lot of roads or other graphics on the screen as the map scrolls down. It as if there is too little memory. Any ideas. I've tried resetting etc. I notice that I only have 1 mb of free memory but have no idea what to delete as every thing seems vital for the unit to operate. I've rung tomtom and they want me to return it. I'd rather not as it took them 12 weeks to repair it last time. (it was only 6 weeks old when it failed!) |

Did they update the software while it was away?
Several people have said the screen updates are slower with later software versions. |

You could try reducing the number of POI categories you have showing on screen. |
