Recommendations - Similar to Garmin i3

Whilst i am not a beginner with Sat Nav, my sister is and is now looking to buy one.

I have a Garmin i3 and think this would be ideal so I'm looking for something similar, now the i3 is almost impossible to find.

It might be used some of the time in a Renault Clio. My i3 needs an antenna when used in my Renault Megane (Anthermic windscreen) so can you also advise which antenna may be needed in her Clio?
