TomTom/Nokia N73 - Contact List

I have bbought a Tomtom 710 and already owna Nokia N73. They work together well in terms of hands free kit (automatic answer, good connection, clear for both ends, etc etc)

However, the N73 cannot supply it's contact list to the TomTom. This means that if i ever needed to make a quick call, it would be hard work and more dangerous.

Is there anyway around this? Is it possible to send the N73 contact list to my PC, convert and send to the TomTom via TomTom Home or am I living in dream land?
