Note re: dupllicate entries in fuel category

Be warned that if you are about to report loads of duplicates in the combined "Fuel" download, it is probably because you included the "LPG" sites as well (which of course tend to be in the same places as petrol stations!).

Yeah, but the difference with those two examples is that the duplicates aren't in the same 'combination' category.
"Banks" is one 'combo', "ATMs" is another.
Pubs is part of "Food" and "Wifi" is one on its own.

But the petrol stations and the LPG one are all inside the "Fuel" "combo" so if you just tick the "all" box you get all the duplicates from LPG and also from "leaded" automatically, unless you realise in advance and un-select them if you aren't interested in them.
