just bought a navman f20

first off hello every1

just got a f20 and i have subscribed to get the updates for the camera database. I was just wondering do i need to connectivity kit to update the poi/camera data base on the f20 or can i use the 32 mb card that comes with it to put the data in the gps and then add it as points of interest. im a complete noob with this stuff even though im good with computers. i get the f20 on monday next week so any info would be great.
