Garmin nuvi 300

I have just purchased the Garmin 300 GPS system with pre-loaded speed cameras. Can anyone please tell me how to update this do I have to use the Garmin camera databse if there is one or can I use Pocket GPS camera data base if so will it still show the cameras in the same format as at present. If I have to use the Pocket GPS system can some one please advice as to how I install same.

if you look left you will see a set of links under 'Help' - click on speed cameras and it will take you to a link with all the installation guides.

feel free to have a read through this as to how to install the PGPSW database and post any other queries.
